In the strategy formulation stage, the client solves problems by proposing concepts and service proposals that support proof of concept (PoC) and execution, and in the execution stage, by responding to each issue and substituting employees with Scopeless. There are four consulting service approaches including Hands on Style, Scopeless, More than Reports, and Professionals.
