Business Summary

Realtech AG is a Germany-based information technology (IT) company, specializing in IT consulting and systems management software solutions. The Company divides its activities into two segments: Consulting and Software. The Consulting segment offers consulting services that are related to setting up future oriented secure IT environments, the operation of SAP systems, integration of customer sites into IT environments, and the migration of databases and operating systems to new system platforms for the companies in implementing SAP technologies. The Software segment develops and sells IT service and enterprise management solutions, including theGuard!, a software portfolio for enterprise-wide IT management and secure business processes. The Company also develops Software as a Service (SaaS) and third-party integration solutions.
