Swedia Capital AB made a bid to acquire 10.85% stake in QleanAir AB (publ) (OM:QAIR) from Qevirp 41 Limited on August 18, 2023. The change of ownership also means that Qevirp 41 Ltd (Priveq) no longer owns any shares in QleanAir.

QleanAir AB, formerly Qleanair Holding AB is a Sweden-based provider of solutions for clean indoor air. The companyâs business model is based on lease contracts for modular solutions with a full-service offer. The offer includes services such as installation, service, advice, fault handling and functional guarantee of the products, as well as general quality testing of indoor air. QleanAir solutions are developed using filter technology that traps, filters, and recycles indoor air. QleanAirâs operations are divided into the three product categories: Facility solutions, Room solutions and Cabin solutions. The company has approximately 10,000 installed units at more than 3,000 customers on the markets for EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
