Quantum Semiconductor International Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066310) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 500 million worth of shares pursuant to a trust contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price. The program will continue until May 18, 2020. As of May 15, 2019, the company had 263,061 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
