Migalo Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate business centered on digital transformation (DX) and businesses related to the promotion of DX. The Company operates through two business segments. The DX Real Estate Business segment consists of the development and sales business of new condominiums for investors and actual demand, the matching business of existing profitable condominiums (Smart Second), the crowdfunding business (Rimple), which is the domain of DX, finance and real estate, and the rental management business, building management business and real estate management business, which are stock businesses made more efficient through DX. The DX Promotion Business segment is a business that promotes DX for society and businesses, including the face recognition platform service (FreeiD), contracted development of DX-related systems, cloud system implementation and operation support, and cloud integration services.
