Dominique Leroy
, CEO of Proximus “It is a tremendous honor for me to receive this prestigious leadership prize of the Harvard Club of Belgium. This recognition is a confirmation that we are making good progress on our Fit for Growth strategy and the company transformation of Proximus. In two years’ time we were able to gradually transform our company: we adopted a new way of thinking and working, we changed from two brands to a single new brand, we invested to innovate, we increased the focus on the customer, and we got closer to the customer. While I am very grateful to accept this prize personally, I am keen to point out that the award also recognises the work of all my colleagues at Proximus. I could never have achieved this level of success without their support and dedication”
