Pratica Produtos SA is a Brazil-based company active in the industrial manufacturer industry. The Company designs, produces, manufactures, markets and distributes commercial and industrial ovens. Pratica manufactures a variety of ovens, including speed ovens (express line and pizza overs) as well as baking ovens (miniconv line, HPE line and proofer). The Company also produces blast freezers, which provide solutions in freezing, cooling, heating and storage of food products. Pratica’s operations are divided into three segments: Pratica TechniCook, that produces and sells ovens and equipment aimed at the gastronomic market; Pratica TechniPan, that produces and sells ovens and equipment aimed at the bakery market, as well as Klimaquip, that is engaged in producing and selling complementary equipment for preserving and freezing food. The Company distributes and markets its products in Brazil, Latin America, North America and Europe.
