Post Holdings, Inc. today named Nick Martin Senior Director, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Martin will lead ESG at Post Holdings, including overseeing enterprise-wide ESG strategy, goal-setting and planning and execution. Martin will report to Diedre Gray, EVP, General Counsel and Chief Administration Officer of Post Holdings.
"Nick's abundant ESG experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry will help us further advance our ESG strategy and goals," said Gray. "His work with Antea Group for Post Holdings was terrific and we are very happy to have him join us."
Martin comes to Post Holdings most recently from Antea Group, a global environmental consulting firm where he was the Sustainability Practice Group Leader. He brings diverse skills and solid credibility to the role with more than 20 years of ESG experience spanning government (Overseas Private Investment Corporation), non-government (Global Environment & Technology Foundation) and consulting to a wide range of industry clients (Antea Group). He also served as Executive Director of the Beverage Industry Environmental Roundtable (BIER) for many years and as a technical advisor to various industry initiatives such as the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB), Science-Based Target Network: Freshwater, and Water Resiliency Accounting Framework (WRAF).
