Playmates Holdings Limited Announces Retirement of Mr. Tsim Tak Lung as Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman, Member of the Audit Committee and A Member of the Compensation Committee

Playmates Holdings Limited announced, Mr. Tsim Tak Lung ("Mr. Tsim") did not offer himself for re- election at the AGM and accordingly he retired as a non-executive director and deputy chairman of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM. Following his retirement, Mr. Tsim also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee of the Company.
