MODIFICATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE CONTROL AND RISK COMMITTEE

Cambiano (TO), October 17, 2019- Pininfarina S.p.A. ("Pininfarina" or the "Company") announces that, today, the Board of Directors, following the resignation from the office of member of the Control and Risks Committee of the Company (the "Committee") resigned on October 7, 2019 by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Paolo Pininfarina, has appointed the Independent Director, Mrs. Sara Miglioli (also member of the Committee for Related Party Transactions), as a member of the Committee.

In light of the above, the Committee is composed of the following members: Mrs. Romina Guglielmetti (President), Mr. Jay Itzkowitz, Mrs. Sara Miglioli.
