OnMay 3, 2023 ,Philip Morris International Inc. (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("Annual Meeting"). On the record date ofMarch 10, 2023 , there were 1,552,147,867 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. At the Annual Meeting a quorum of 1,256,124,465 shares of common stock was represented in person or by proxy.
