Frédéric SAINT-GEOURS, member of the Managing Board, takes on today the role of Executive Vice-President for Brands, replacing Jean-Marc GALES who has decided to leave the Group.

Frédéric SAINT-GEOURS, who until now held the role of Executive Vice-President for Finance and Strategic Development, will continue in his role as President of Banque PSA Finance.

Consequently, from 1st March onwards, the members of the Managing Board of PSA Peugeot Citroën (Paris:UG) will be Philippe VARIN (President) Guillaume FAURY (Executive Vice-President for R&D) Grégoire OLIVIER (Executive Vice-President for Asia) and Frédéric SAINT-GEOURS (Executive Vice-President for Brands).

Jean-Baptiste de CHATILLON, up to now Group Financial Controller, today takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer. He now reports to Philippe VARIN and joins the Group's Executive Management Committee.

As for Jean-Baptiste de CHATILLON after twenty years spent within the Group, he brings to his new function of Chief Financial Officer a deep operational expertise based on the positions he held within the commercial subsidiaries and a detailed knowledge of our financial control activities" he concluded.

Frédéric Saint-Geours joined PSA Peugeot Citroen in 1986 after working for the Ministry of Finance, then as an advisor to the President of the national Assembly and to the Secretary of State for the Budget.
He has held various positions within PSA Peugeot Citroen, among them Finance director of PSA Peugeot Citroen , and then from 1990 to 1997 senior vice-president of Automobiles Peugeot. He was Chief Executive Officer of Automobiles Peugeot and member of the Managing Board from July 1998 to December 2007, then advisor to the chairman and member of the PSA Peugeot Citroen's Executive Committee. At the end of 2007 he became Chairman of the UIMM (the union for the metalworking industry and profession. In June 2009 he was named member of the Managing Board, Executive Vice-President, Finance and Strategic Development. He is Chief Executive Officer of Banque PSA Finance.
Frédéric Saint-Geours is a Laureate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques and a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration.

Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon joined the group in 1989 and over the past twenty years he has held management and financial roles, both in France and abroad, as well as marketing and commercial positions.
Having begun his professional career in organisational strategy at PSA, he joined Peugeot's finance department in Spain in 1992, first as manufacturing controller and then as treasurer. In 1996, he joined PSA's finance department, in charge of the reorganisation of financial and accounting services in the European divisions, and in 1999 was appointed Financial Director of the UK divisions. In 2001, he joined Citroën where he was initially responsible for European imports, before being named as Managing Director of Citroën Belgium & Luxembourg, a role which he held until June 2006. He was then appointed as director of warranties for PSA Peugeot Citroën. Since May 2007, he has been Group financial Controller.
Jean-Baptiste is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine (France) and Lancaster University (UK).
