The board of directors of Petro-king Oilfield Services Limited announced that Mr. Huang Yu, the chief executive officer of the Company, passed away on 4 March 2023. Mr. Huang joined the Group as a vice president in December 2018, and has been appointed as the CEO since May 2019. He was later appointed as an executive Director in April 2021.
Mr. Huang had made tremendous contributions during his tenure of office.
