On January 26, 2022, we announced that our Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.47 per share payable on March 1, 2022 to shareholders of record as of February 10, 2022, as discussed more fully in the press release incorporated herein and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
