For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 305.342 million compared to USD 303.205 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 32.919 million compared to USD 31.707 million a year ago. Net income was USD 20.986 million compared to USD 19.107 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 1.12 compared to USD 1.03 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was USD 596.194 million compared to USD 569.454 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 57.806 million compared to USD 47.964 million a year ago. Net income was USD 41.729 million compared to USD 28.509 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 2.22 compared to USD 1.53 a year ago.

The Company sell its products and provide related services in diversified markets, including homeland security, healthcare, defense and aerospace. Security division is engaged in providing security and inspection systems and turnkey security screening solutions. Healthcare division is engaged providing patient monitoring, cardiology and remote monitoring, and connected care systems and associated accessories.
