Portfolio manager responsibilities for five closed-end funds for which Nuveen Asset Management (NAM) serves as a sub-advisor have been updated. The changes follow the announcement that after 22 years of service, Keith Hembre will be leaving NAM to pursue new opportunities later this year and will relinquish portfolio management responsibilities effective August 31, 2018. The remaining members of the NAM portfolio management team on each affected mandate remain the same. There will not be an impact on the day-to-day management of the funds, their investment objective or their policies.
