Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund Share Price

Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund (the Fund), formerly Nuveen New York Municipal Value Fund, Inc., is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide, through investment in a professionally managed portfolio of tax-exempt New York municipal obligations, current interest income exempts from both federal and New York State and New York City personal income taxes. The Fund’s secondary investment objective is to achieve enhancement of portfolio value through investments in tax-exempt New York municipal obligations. The Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in municipal securities rated investment grade at the time of investment, or, if they are unrated, are judged by the manager to be of comparable quality. It may invest approximately 20% of its managed assets in municipal securities rated below investment quality or judged to be of comparable quality.
