NSD Co., Ltd. (TSE:9759) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,060,000 shares, representing 1.36% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥2,500 million. The purpose of the program is as part of shareholder returns.
The program will continue through October 7, 2022. As of July 31, 2022, the company had 77,881,890 issued shares and 12,118,110 treasury shares.
NSD Co Ltd is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the system development business and solution business. The Company operates in four business segments. The System Development segment (financial information technology (IT)) provides software development, system consulting, and other services to banks, insurance companies, securities companies, and other financial institutions. The Systems Development segment (industrial and social infrastructure IT) provides software development, systems consulting, and other services to companies in the manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, and other industries, as well as to public organizations. The System Development segment (IT infrastructure) provides services such as IT infrastructure and network construction, system consulting, and system maintenance and operation.
