Nomura Announces Appointment of Members for Board of Directors

Tokyo, March 3, 2020-Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. today announced that the shareholders meeting resolved to appoint members to company's Board of Directors as of April 1, 2020.

The following 16 directors are the member of the Board of Directors as of April 1, 2020. Of these 16 directors, seven will serve as Non-Executive Directors (with two Outside Directors), while the remaining nine will serve as Executive Directors.
