New West Energy Services Inc. provides oilfield services to oil and gas exploration and production companies in Canada. The Company operates, through its subsidiary, BearStone Environmental Solutions Inc. The Company operates through two segments: Vacuum Truck Services and Environmental Services. The Vacuum Truck Services segment operates from two service centers located in Beaverlodge and Medicine Hat, Alberta and operates a fleet of straight, combo and hydrovac trucks, as well as end dumps, water and tank trucks with bulk transport trailers. The Environmental Services segment offers environmental services to the upstream oil and gas industry. The Company operates throughout Western Canada in the drilling, completions and production sectors of the oil and gas industry.
