New Wave Holdings Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment company holding. The Company's operates through two business divisions: Aluminium Products Distribution and Components Distribution. The Aluminium Products Distribution Division operates metal service centers in Singapore, Malaysia and Kunshan, PRC. All the subsidiaries in this division are grouped under Manufacturing Network Pte Ltd. The Components Distribution Division operates under the GEIC and Eplus companies in Singapore and Malaysia. The Company is involved in the sale and distribution of aluminium alloy products, trading in cabling products, electrical and electronic equipment and components, hardware and software engineering in micro-computer and communication systems. Its activities include the distribution of active and passive components and cabling system solutions.
