The Board of Directors of Nelnet, Inc. declared a second-quarter cash dividend on the company's outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock of $0.28 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2024.

The AGM segment includes the acquisition and management of student and other loan assets, including investment interests therein. The Nelnet Bank includes an Internet Utah-chartered industrial bank focused on the private education and unsecured consumer loan markets.
