Beijing Nancal Ruiyuan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 562,683,000 in equity round of funding on June 25, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Nancal Technology Co.,Ltd. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 150,000,000, CNY 100,000,000 will go to registered capital and CNY 462,683,000 to capital reserve. The transaction has been approved in the fourteenth meeting of the fourth board of directors and the eighth meeting of the fourth board of supervisors.
