The reason for the decline was lower revenue from electricity and heat sales (-14.7% and -11.2%, correspondingly), resulting from decreased operating performance and warmer weather in 2020heating season.
Operating costs for 3M 2020 decreased year-on-year by 5.4%down to RUR 51,474mn.
EBITDAamounted to RUR 12,961 mn (-23.5% year-on-year).
Mosenergo Group IFRS profit for 1Q 2020 decreasedby 46.6%, downto RUR 5,696 mn.

PJSC Mosenergo specializes in producing and distributing electricity. Sales break down by activity as follows:
- production and distribution of electricity (55.9%): 60,110 GWh produced in 2021. At the end of 2021, the group had 15 power plants with an installed capacity of 12,825 MW;
- production and sale of heat (42.3%);
- other (1.8%): engineering services, telecommunication services, etc.
All sales are in Russia.
