Chyrat Suracharus, Lertrit Nitichiyo, Anucha Tangsriviriyakul, Sutheera Busayapoka and Thanat Busayapoka agreed to acquire additional 75% majority stake in Xteria Company Limited from Modernform Group Public Company Limited for THB 3.8 million.

Chyrat Suracharus, Lertrit Nitichiyo, Anucha Tangsriviriyakul, Sutheera Busayapoka and Thanat Busayapoka agreed to acquire additional 75% majority stake in Rafa Associates Company Limited from Modernform Group Public Company Limited (SET:MODERN) for THB 3.8 million on October 22, 2021. In a related transaction Supakorn Rukbunyuang, Voraphol Taeyarachakul and Chokchai Ngamwuttikul has also sold 0.33%, 1% and 1% of their respective stake in Rafa Associates Company. Jajjai Dhammarungruang will no longer be director of Rafa Associates Company.

As of November 11, 2021, Board of Modernform Group Public Company Limited approved the transaction.
