Michelin announced today that its management and all the representative trade union organizations (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CGT and SUD) signed a new 4-year agreement on quality of life at work and professional equality between men and women on January 5.

"This agreement aims to respond to the changing expectations of employees in terms of working environment and conditions throughout their career at Michelin", says the Michelin Man.

This new agreement is in line with the Michelin Group's 'Tout Durable' strategy and its ambition to become a global benchmark for employee commitment, diversity and inclusion by 2030.

'With this signature, management and union organizations confirm that quality of life at work is an important factor in employee commitment, which is a prerequisite for collective and individual performance', adds Michelin.
