B.H.O. Sdn. Bhd. entered into a Share Sale Agreement to acquire B.h.o. Melati Sdn.
Bhd. from Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad for MYR 15.8 million on April 11, 2023. The proceeds arising from the Proposed Disposal will be utilized as working capital of MEHB.
The proposed disposal is expected to be completed by the 3rd quarter of the financial year ending 31 August 2023. B.h.o. Melati Sdn. Bhd.
recorded net assets of MYR 15.16 million as of August 31, 2022.
