After examining the Group's financial situation and its performance during fiscal 2021, the Board of Directors of Etablissements Maurel & Prom S.A. proposes to pay a dividend of 0.07 per share, equivalent to a total payment of $15 million, which is the maximum currently permitted under the restrictions attached to the Bank loan.
