Appointment of Legal Counsel / Joint Company Secretary

Matrix Composites & Engineering Ltd (Matrix) is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Santa Maria as Legal Counsel and Joint Company Secretary, effective 26 October 2015.

A practising lawyer, Mr Santa Maria was most recently the inaugural legal counsel to Argonaut Limited, a leading corporate advisory and investment house, where he implemented the legal function within the group. He previously worked in private practice at several tier one international law firms and is an experienced public company executive and company secretary, holding several appointments in that capacity.

Adam has a breadth of experience ranging from significant litigation matters, the preparation of corporate governance procedures for a number of ASX 100 companies, and general corporate and commercial advice.
