Partial Offer Result

Marwyn Value Investors Limited ('MVI' or the 'Company')

Following its announcement on 3 January 2019 in relation to the proposed Partial Offer by way of reverse bookbuild, and the subsequent update announcement on 11 January 2019 in relation to the Partial Offer, Marwyn Asset Management Limited as manager of Marwyn Value Investors LP ('Marwyn') today announces the result of the Partial Offer.

On 15 January 2019, pursuant to the Partial Offer, Marwyn bought 4,030,625 of MVI's Ordinary Shares at a price of 130p for a total consideration of £5.2 million.

As the Partial Offer has now closed, MVI's buyback programme will recommence from 8 a.m. on 16 January 2019.
