The Board of Directors of Belvedere [Euronext Paris: BVD] has chosen to appoint Krzysztof Trylinski as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the group. Mr. Trylinski succeeds Jacques Rouvroy who has resigned from his functions and the company for personal reasons.

Krzysztof Trylinski, 51 years, studied at the Warsaw Polytechnic Institute. He co-founded Belvedere in 1991 and was also responsible for creating brands such as Chopin, Belvedere and Sobieski. He has held the position of Managing Director since the creation of the company, which today counts 3,650 employees worldwide of which 750 are in located in France.

Placed under the protection of French commercial court since September 21, 2011, Belvedere is beginning a new phase of change. The implementation of a new management team is a strong signal to employees and clients, as well as business partners.

Krzysztof Trylinski, CEO of Belvedere, said, "My first act as CEO is toward our creditors who I solemnly invite to the negotiating table for the benefit and safety of the company and employees. My priority objective is to clear the debts of Belvedere. This will be made possible very quickly by the sale of two brands." He added, "I want us to concentrate on the core business of Belvedere upon which the business has been built internationally: creating premium and global wine & spirits brands."

Krzysztof Trylinski goes on state, "With a debt of 500 million Euros, we have a portfolio of brands which is valued at 1 billion Euros minimum." He concludes, "I ask our creditors, first of all Oaktree Capital Management - owner of our competitor in Poland - to negotiate an honorable exit from this crisis which we are exposed to with our employees since 2008."

In order to immediately strengthen the management, the nomination of Erick Antony Skora as Deputy Managing Director will be proposed at the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting planned for October 31, 2011.

Precisions

In July 2011, Mr. Luc Demarre resigned as administrator.

On September 17, 2011, Mr. Xavier Paper also resigned as administrator.

On September 20, 2011, the Board of Directors proposed to temporarily appoint Mrs. Katarzyna Paczesniak to replace Luc Demarre following his resignation. This nomination is subject to the approval of the extraordinary and general meeting on October 31, 2011.

At the October 5, 2011 session of the Board of Directors Mr. Jacques Rouvroy, Administrator, President of the Board and Managing Director of the company resigned from the integrality of his functions. The Board of Directors of October 5, 2011 thus immediately decided on a replacement by appointing Mr. Krzysztof Trylinski, formerly Deputy Managing Director, to the role of President of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, replacing Mr. Jacques Rouvroy. The nomination of Erick Antony Skora, 52 years, to the position of Deputy Managing Director as the replacement of Mr. Krzysztof Trylinski will be proposed at the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting planned for October 31, 2011.
