TACOMA, WA, May 25, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 1918 Stewart Street, a 26,400-square foot industrial property located in Tacoma, WA, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm's Seattle office. The asset sold for $4,600,000.
Brian Leibsohn, Matthew Herman and RJ Vara, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
1918 Stewart Street is located at 1918 Stewart St in Tacoma, WA. The property generated six highly qualified offers and was executed in thirty days with financing. Earnest money went non-refundable upon Agreement at $205,000 above list price.
