Marcus & Millichap Announces the Sale of a Two Property Self-Storage Portfolio in Jonestown, Pennsylvania

JONESTOWN, Pennsylvania, March 13, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Seattle, Inc.(NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Jonestown, PA Two Property Portfolio, a 42,380-square-foot self-storage portfolio located in Jonestown, Pennsylvania.
Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Sean Beuche, Pennsylvania Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Jonestown, PA Two Property Portfolio is located at about 23 miles northeast of Harrisburg in Jonestown, Pennsylvania. The two stabilized, cash-flowing facilities feature a combined 266 non-climate-controlled self-storage units totaling 42,380 net rentable square feet. Both facilities are recently renovated and are located only one and a half miles apart from each other.
