FARMINGTON, NH, July 6, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Farmington Self Storage, a 21,247-square-foot self-storage facility located in Farmington, New Hampshire.
Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Thomas Shihadeh, New Hampshire Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Farmington Self Storage is located about 25 miles northeast of Concord in Farmington, New Hampshire. It was built in 1995 and currently features 7,647 net rentable square feet of storage with an expansion planned that will bring the facility to 21,247 net rentable square feet. The facility is situated on 3.35 acres of land and is currently 100 percent physically occupied.
