Managem specializes in the mining exploration and operation. The group's activity is organized around 3 product families:

- staple metal: copper, zinc and lead;

- precious metal: gold and silver;

- cobalt and derivatives;

- other: primarily fluorine;

The group also develops hydrometallurgy activity (production of cobalt cathodes, zinc oxide, copper and nickel sulfate, and arsenic trioxide) and povides engineering and mining services (probes, underground work, geology studies, physico-chemical tests and analyses, jobsite management, etc.).
