Ltd., the management company of Major Cineplex Lifestyle Leasehold Property Fund (MJLF) ("the Property fund"), would like to inform that the Property fund has no dividend payment. As the fund has the net loss in investment at fair value for the operation period from July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
The Management Company therefore consider no dividend payment which conforms to the dividend payment policy disclosed in the fund scheme.
