LOTUS BAKERIES NV ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDENDThe Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 8 May 2015 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2014, a net dividend per share of EUR 9.30 EUR (gross dividend per share = EUR 12.40).
The ex-dividend date is 14 May 2015. The dividend will be payable as from 18 May
2015 on surrender of coupon n° 27 at the Bank Degroof, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank, KBC Bank and Petercam.
