Sansung Life & Science Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A016100) agreed to acquire 13,941.1 square meters of properties in Gyeonggi-Do from Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation for KRW 4 billion on December 8, 2014. The expected transaction settlement date is December 30, 2014.
