Le@P Technology Inc. Terminates Employment of Mary Thomas as Acting Principal Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Class A Director

On September 1, 2016, Le@p Technology Inc. and Mary Thomas agreed to terminate her employment as the Acting Principal Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary, as well as her position as a Class A Director effective at the close of business on September 1, 2016.
