Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund Inc. declared on January 21, 2015 that its board of directors approved a monthly distribution of USD 0.09282 per share on the fund's outstanding common stock for February. With an ex-dividend date of 10 February 2015, the distribution will be made on 23 February 2015 to shareholders of record on 12 February 2015.
Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fundâs investment objective is total return, consisting of capital appreciation and income. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in a portfolio of approximately 60-80 United States and non-United States equity securities, generally with a market cap of $2 billion or greater, at the time of purchase, and may invest in emerging markets.
