Laboratorio Farmaceutico Erfo has purchased 15,000 of its own shares

(Alliance News) - Laboratorio Farmaceutico Erfo Spa reported that it purchased 15,000 of its own ordinary shares between Nov. 6 and Nov. 10.

The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR0.96 per share, with a total value of EUR14,380.

To date, the company holds 313,000 of its own ordinary shares, accounting for 3.5 percent of its share capital.

Laboratorio Farmaceutico Erfo's stock is up 0.4 percent at EUR0.96 per share.
