KonaTel, Inc. (OTCPK:KTEL) entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% stake in Tempo Telecom, LLC from Lingo Management, LLC for $4.5 million on January 24, 2023. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Federal Communications Commission and applicable state and other governmental agencies, as set forth in the purchase agreement by June 1, 2024.
KonaTel, Inc. is a voice/data communication holding company. The Company provides a variety of retail and wholesale telecommunications services, including mobile voice/text/data service supported by national United States mobile networks, mobile numbers, short message service and multimedia message service services, Internet of Things (IoT) mobile data service, and a range of hosted cloud services. Its segments include Hosted Services and Mobile Services. Its subsidiary, Apeiron Systems, Inc.
