Its subsidiaries include Sungei Bagan Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad, Kuchai Development Berhad and Devon Worldwide Limited. Sungei Bagan Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad is a plantation owner and long-term portfolio investor. Kuchai Development Berhad and Devon Worldwide Limited are engaged in investment holding activities.
