Its Kluang Estate spans around 1,574 acres, while its Sungei Bagan Estate and Kuala Pergau Estate cover 4,666 acres. Its subsidiaries include Sungei Bagan Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad, Kuchai Development Berhad, and Devon Worldwide Limited. Sungei Bagan Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad is a plantation owner and long-term portfolio investor. Kuchai Development Berhad and Devon Worldwide Limited are engaged in investment holding activities.
