Highly dynamic trends on international markets

Revenue generated by Groupe ConcoursMania outside of France has represented 3.5M€ in 2014, +
16% compared to 2013. This performance is directly linked to the international deployment strategy executed by the group over the past years. In 2014, ConcoursMania launched with success subsidiaries in Italy and Canada and operated its first campaigns in Poland.

Revenue of the group's BtoC division represented last year 9.09M€, growing of 7.4% compared to 2013. The deployment of premium ad formats on ConcoursMania's products traffic is at the origin of this growth. To complete its product range, the group has accelerated its development in 2014 on the mobile devices, addressing both mobile web and mobile applications users.
BtoB's revenue of the group grew of 17.7% in 2014 to reach 10.67 M€. This growth has been especially important during 2014 S2 (>+30% vs 2013 S2). This performance illustrates the group's product mix evolution supported by the success of its platforms products (Ad'n'Play and Premium Collect).
An EBIT margin reaching 11.2%Over the past year, Groupe ConcoursMania's EBIT reached 2.22M€, representing an EBIT margin of 11.2%. In terms of EBIT, 2014 S2 has been also very contributive (1.6M€, + 21% vs 2013 S2). On the full year 2014, the group's OPEX have stayed under control with a limited growth of 6% while the Gross Margin was stable at approximately 9M€.
Last year, Groupe ConcoursMania Net Earnings reached -0,97M€ due to the accounting of the exceptional charge linked to the group's decision to close some old web sites (Gamezones) that were generating very low revenue in 2014.
