Kia will launch the latest generation of the European-specification Picanto (known as the Morning in the South Korean market) at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2017. The latest Picanto has a larger cabin than its predecessor as a result of an increase in wheelbase of 15mm to take it to 2,400mm, while the overall length of the model is unchanged at 3,595mm. The car will have infotainment features aimed at attracting younger buyers such as a new seven-inch touchscreen mounted above the dash on higher-end models with functionality such as smartphone mirrorlink and Apple CarPlay. The model will initially be available with a three-cylinder 1.0-litre gasoline (petrol) unit with 75bhp.
