For the first time, we have adopted these three technologies simultaneously for the construction of our own facility.
Going forward, we will disseminate these technologies and conduct more detailed monitoring and evaluations to further improve performance and contribute to the realization of regional disaster prevention and mitigation and Nature Positive 1.
Development background
In urban areas, improvements in rainwater storage and infiltration functions are required to reduce the risk of heavy rain disasters, and rainwater storage and infiltration facilities are usually installed on the premises. In recent years, on the other hand, heavy rain disasters have become more frequent and severe, and there is a need to improve the water retention function of exterior green spaces as a watershed measure to further suppress rainwater runoff.
In addition, along with the expansion of ESG investment, etc., there is a growing movement among companies to invest in biodiversity and green areas that have rainwater storage and infiltration effects, and to acquire environmental certification for buildings.
