Changjiang Red Forest No. 1 Private Equity Fund Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed share transfer agreement to acquire 60% stake in Yanghe Mining Co., Ltd. from Kaidi Ecological and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000939) for CNY 900 million on September 27, 2018.
