NEW YORK, May 20 (Reuters) - JPMorgan Chase's top executives on Monday emphasized the importance of employee health in response to a question about intense working conditions.

A junior banker at Bank of America, Leo Lukenas III, died from a blood clot earlier this month.

"Nothing that is more important than the health and well being of our employees, and we're aware of those stories and they are tragic and incredibly sad," Jennifer Piepszak, Co-CEO of the commercial and investment bank at JPMorgan, told investors.
