JOOYONTECH CO., Ltd (KOSE:A044380) announced a private placement of 4th unregistered coupon unguaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 6,000,000,000 on October 22, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investor Synergy Turnaround New Technology Business Fund 8. The bonds will mature on October 28, 2023. The bonds have no interest rate and yield to maturity of 1% per annum. The bonds are fully convertible into 5,429,864 common shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 1,105 per share from October 28, 2021 to September 28, 2023. The subscription date of the bond is October 22, 2020. The transaction is expected to be close by October 28, 2020 . The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.

The Companyâs products portfolio consists of PC desktops, liquid emitting diode (LED) monitors for PC use, and computer peripheral products, such as mouse, keyboards, speakers and others under the brand name JOOYONTECH Computer.
