MEXICO CITY, Oct 18 (Reuters) - Chinese company JL Mag Rare-Earth Co Ltd will invest $100 million in Mexico's northern Nuevo Leon state to expand a production plant, state Governor Samuel Garcia said in a social media post on Wednesday.
